Spa Etiquette

Guest Timeliness

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time if you are a new guest. For all guests who arrive late, this will possibly interfere with your treatment, making it not as effective or therapeutic for you. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. Treatment times are not extended based on late arrivals, nor will the cost of the treatment be prorated.


Cancellation Policy

Because our practitioners are self employed and do not get paid by the hour, we ask that you provide a 24 hour notice for any cancellations. If you are unable to provide a 24 hour notice we kindly ask that you pay a 20% fee to cover the practitioner's time and lost income.


Spa Quietness

Please be considerate of other guests who are enjoying their spa services by putting all cellphones on silent. If you are receiving manicure services, please put your phone away. Unless in emergency situations, excuse yourself if other guests are present. Do not type or text if your manicurist is painting your nails. Please do not talk on your cellphone on speaker, as this disrupts the spa atmosphere. No children under the age of 8 are allowed in the spa unless receiving services.


Refreshments

Coffee, tea, bottled water, fruit infused water, and light snacks are provided for your comfort.
